Membership Plans
Full in-home and facility-based coverage
The Regal Plan provides members with 100% coverage of Sun Health At Home services. The plan includes access to community-based health services, such as assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing.
50% facility coverage at lower cost
The Heritage Plan offers a lower membership fee than the Regal Plan, yet still offers significant asset protection and an effective long-term care plan with 50% coverage of Sun Health At Home services. The plan includes access to community-based health services, such as assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing.
100% in-home care, no facility coverage
The Classic Plan was designed to be the perfect complement to an existing long-term care insurance policy or other coverage that a member may have. The Classic Plan provides members with 100% coverage of personal care coordination, wellness services and in-home care. However, it excludes facility-based health services such as assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing which the member may have coverage for through another product.
50% in-home care only, most cost-effective
The Select Plan is the most cost-effective option that includes full access to personal care coordination and wellness services but offers 50% coverage for in-home care services. It does not include facility-based services, such as assisted living, memory support, or skilled nursing, making it a great fit for those who may have coverage through another product.

Eligibility:
- Must live independently
- Reside in Maricopa County or nearby
