Sun Health At Home
According to an AARP survey, more than 77% of people would prefer to age in place. Sun Health At Home® allows members the freedom and flexibility to age in place. We make this possible by providing access to premier wellness services and care coordination and assuring that all of their long-term care needs will be met through this innovative program.
To become a Sun Health At Home member, you must meet the following requirements:
- Must be 55 years old or better
- Must be reasonably healthy and living independently at time of enrollment
- Must reside in the service area
- Must maintain Medicare/medical insurance coverages
- Must have financial resources for a one-time investment based on age to become a member, plus a monthly fee based on the plan option chosen
Other membership benefits include:
- Membership fees are discounted for two people of the same household
- Membership fees may be tax-deductible as a prepaid medical expense
- Membership options are available to individuals with an existing long-term care insurance policy
- If members decide to move, their services may go with them anywhere in the United States

What makes Sun Health At Home unique is that all members have access to health care, thanks to Sun Health At Home’s Life Care agreements. The Sun Health At Home program offers peace of mind and security of knowing that wellness coordination in addition to different levels of support such as in-home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, are available.
Sun Health At Home Membership Plans
Regal Plus Plan
The Regal Plus Plan provides members with 100% coverage of Sun Health At Home services. The plan includes access to community-based health services, such as assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing. The Regal Plus Plan also refunds 90% of a member’s membership fee to the member’s estate upon their death.
Regal Plan
The Regal Plan provides members with 100% coverage of Sun Health At Home services. The plan includes access to community-based health services, such as assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing.
Legacy Plan
The Legacy Plan offers lower membership fees than the Regal plan and provides members with 80% coverage of Sun Health At Home services. The plan includes access to community-based health services, such as assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing.
Heritage Plan
The Heritage Plan offers a lower membership fee than the Regal and Legacy Plans, yet still offers significant asset protection and an effective long-term care plan with 50% coverage of Sun Health At Home services. The plan includes access to community-based health services, such as assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing.
Classic Plan
The Classic Plan was designed to be the perfect complement to an existing long-term care insurance policy or other coverage that a member may have. The Classic Plan provides members with 100% coverage of personal care coordination, wellness services and in-home care. However, it excludes facility-based health services such as assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing which the member may have coverage for through another product.
