Dr. Landry, a preventive medicine physician, specializes in building environments that empower older adults to maximize their potential. We know from Dr. Landry that authentic health is built on a foundation of four key components: social, spiritual, physical and intellectual engagement.
When we lose a spouse or lifelong partner, this engagement is especially vital to aging successfully. Of course, in the face of loss and uncertainty, embracing a new life, new friendships and new activities isn’t easy.
