Here’s an easy breakfast recipe to get you ready for fall!

To make 2 servings you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or any milk of your choice or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup regular old-fashioned oats

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together pie filling, milk, and maple syrup until fully combined.
  2. Stir in oats, cover bowl with a lid or plastic wrap, and store overnight in refrigerator.
  3. The next morning, simply microwave or serve as is. Enjoy a taste a fall!
