Construction is moving along nicely at The Colonnade – our Sun Health Senior Living retirement community at Sun City Grand in Surprise. Weitz, our general contractor, holds a regular update meeting for community residents and staff, and you can see details of their progress below.
Construction crews have become a common sight on Sun Health Senior Living’s three Life Care campuses. Nonprofit Sun Health has invested between $75 and $100 million since 2013 in renovating or expanding Grandview Terrace, La Loma Village and The Colonnade. (Read the full press release here.)
