The finishing touches continue on the remodel and expansion for Grandview Terrace’s Health and Rehabilitation Center.
The final phase includes new outdoor spaces featuring bocce ball, a rose garden and new courtyards. Construction will also include a new entry foyer, new porte cocheres (driveway coverings) on the south and east sides, a new covered dining patio on the north side of the building, new parking and new pedestrian walkways.
“Sun Health values its residents at Grandview Terrace – and in the midst of COVID-19 bringing many things to a halt, we are happy to share the photos of our exciting progress,” says Chuck Kerby, Executive Director at Grandview Terrace. “As you can see by the photos below, the project is coming along very nicely!”
This is the final phase of the remodel and expansion that began in 2016. It is anticipated to be completed in March of 2021.
