To say La Loma Village has been busy with activities and celebrations is an understatement. We hope you enjoy the photos as we recap all the fun with the summaries below.
- A best wishes party was held for beloved LLV Dining Room Manager Tammy Bailey. She has been with LLV for 16 years and to commemorate her career, residents created a touching video to send her off.
- LLV also had a great time recognizing our well deserving Environmental Services team members during EVS week. Please join us in thanking these amazing team members the next time you see one of them! We could not run LLV without these very important team members.
- The reviews are in, and the feedback is residents were an absolute hit. Broadway came to La Loma Village as talented residents brought back the twilight of the Jazz Age with a production of Cabaret. We cannot wait to see what the talented theater troop has planned next.
- LLV’s annual Employee Assistance Fund car wash raised more than $1300! Leaders volunteered to wash resident’s cars in September to raise money as their way to show appreciation to team members.
- LLV’s commitment to our community continues. La Loma celebrated Arizona First Responder’s Day by providing all of those who serve from paramedics to firefighters and park rangers, a free breakfast to start the day. It was a great way for us to say thank you to those who take care of us in times of need.
- You can proudly call La Loma Village the home of the Tigers, as LLV is proudly sponsoring Millennium High School Football team’s pre-game dinners. We love how our new friendship is resulting in a renewed community connection, interest from these talented teens in joining our teams and just lots of fun for all ages.
- And we are happy to report smooth driving ahead for residents and visitors to LLV. The main road leading onto our campus, which has been closed for more than a year, is open!
