To make 2 servings you’ll need:
- 1/4 cup pumpkin pie filling
 - 1/2 cup whole milk (or any milk of your choice or Greek yogurt)
 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup
 - 3/4 cup regular old-fashioned oats
 
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together pie filling, milk, and maple syrup until fully combined.
 - Stir in oats, cover bowl with a lid or plastic wrap, and store overnight in refrigerator.
 - The next morning, simply microwave or serve as is. Enjoy a taste a fall!
